The agreement
By using this site or placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms. Wash Syndicate sells professional car wash shampoo in pre-measured packets, direct to people who wash their own cars.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders reserve product from our production runs. One-time boxes are charged when the pre-order is placed. Estimated ship dates are estimates — if a run is delayed, we'll email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your box ships.
First batch ship date & cancellation
First-batch pre-orders are estimated to ship by January 20, 2027. Payment is collected when you place the pre-order. You can cancel any time before your box ships for a full refund — one email and it's done. If the run moves past that date, we'll email you the new estimate and the same cancel-for-full-refund option applies.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew on the interval you choose: weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or monthly. You are not charged for your first subscription box until after it arrives. You can skip, resize, change cadence, or cancel any time before a renewal ships.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars per box. We can change pricing for future renewals with notice by email; your current paid orders are never repriced.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, scrape it, or resell product in a way that misrepresents the brand. Product is intended for professional vehicle washing — follow the dilution directions on the packet.
Liability
Use the product as directed. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
Changes
We can update these terms; the current version lives on this page. If a change materially affects active subscriptions, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect.
