What we collect
When you place a pre-order or join the list, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), weekly wash volume, and the pack size and plan you pick. We also collect basic anonymous analytics — pages viewed and checkout steps — to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
Your contact details are used to confirm pre-orders, arrange shipping, manage your subscription, and contact you about your order. Analytics data is used to improve the site. That's the whole list.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don't buy lists, and we don't add you to anyone else's. We sell soap.
Third-party services
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: hosting, database storage, email delivery, and payment processing when live checkout launches. Each only gets the data needed to do its job.
Your choices
Email us anytime to see what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Subscription emails include an unsubscribe link, and order-related messages stop when your orders stop.
Data security
Order data is stored in an access-controlled database. No site can promise perfect security, but access is limited to people who need it to run the business.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers.
